Dear investors Apart-complex «Calypso», we would like to inform you that you can start the registration procedure for your apartments.
To start the registration procedure, please send the following information to document2808@gmail.com:
1. The first page of the Agreement;
2. Make sure that you have no debts for utility payments to the management company;
3. Are there any partitions in the apartment, or has the project been changed by the developer?
4. If your personal data has changed, attach scans of it (passport, place of registration, etc.);
5. How do you plan to register - on your own or through Hephaestus*?
6. If you cannot personally attend the execution of documents, attach a Power of Attorney for a third party (its passport, TIN, place of registration)
* Registration through "Hephaestus" (14 Chervonyi Lane) takes 3 weeks from the date of signing the acceptance certificate with the developer (not to be confused with the acceptance certificate with the management company) and includes a visit of the BTI engineer for measurements, preparation and registration of the technical passport, registration of ownership and obtaining an extract. The house has an individual gas boiler room. In order to rationally consume heat in the complex and save on utility bills, investors are given the opportunity to independently install individual heat meters.
