Dear residents of Odessa, Ukrainians!
The struggle for our prosperous country continues for 25 days and the entire team of «Gefest» has joined it. We share with you some reassuring news:
🔸️We managed to evacuate members of the Greek society «Helios» from the city of Kharkov to Piraeus. The members of the society are accommodated, provided with food and all necessary assistance. The youngest girl is 3 years old, and the oldest woman is 85 years old.
There were many difficulties and risks, but with God's help and the united work of our team - everything worked out!
Now they are safe and returning to a life where no explosions or shots are heard.
🔹️Transferred financial assistance for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
🔸️Purchased and handed over to our defenders "special military equipment" for units of the city of Odessa and Donetsk region. We are confident and believe that this equipment in the hands of our guys will accelerate the victory over enemy troops.
🔹️Provided financial assistance to the city of Berezovka for the needs of the Armed Forces and the city defense for the purchase of biscuits, bulletproof vests, helmets, thermal imagers; to the civilian population - the purchase of food and basic necessities; city hospital for the purchase of medicines for the wounded.
🔸️More than 10 units of equipment and more than 50 employees of our company 24/7 perform all incoming tasks that are sent to them 24/7 without fail and under the guidance of the city headquarters.
🔹️We have created a duty group 24/7, in order to eliminate possible blockages and destruction of city buildings. The department of capital construction of Odessa was assigned to our duty group of CC «Gefest»- the Suvorovsky area.
🔸️Our company continues to fulfill all obligations to our employees and suppliers.
🔹️Construction and production works have been restored at our facilities (which are now allowed due to martial law). We provide people with jobs and the opportunity to earn in such a difficult time.
🔸️We help Greek TV channels to cover REAL events in our city and in Ukraine. 5 groups of Greek journalists who show the mood of inhabitants of the city and occurring in Odessa and in Nikolaev arrived. Some Greek TV channels, like Open, which show pictures that Odessa is almost occupied, and you and I are just waiting for their arrival. You know, it's all propaganda!
We understand that it is very important now for the world to see the real events, and we are trying to draw the maximum attention of the Greek media to the fact that Odessa is a Ukrainian city, Odessa is Ukraine! Thanks to our independent media, which shows the truth.
🔸️Provided financial assistance to the public organization «Special Youth Foundation», which includes families with children with mental disabilities.
🔹️More than 15 checkpoints, dugouts and fortifications have been installed on the territory of Ukraine by our brigades in the Odessa region since the beginning of the war.
🔸️We remind you that the parking lots of the residential complexes of the construction company «Gefest», which are used as a safe shelter for the residents of our and neighboring houses, are open and provided with food, drinking water and essential medicines.
Note also that the management of our company - the whole Bumburas family, is still in Odessa and will be here - no matter what!
