We talked with Victoria about choosing a profession, becoming a young specialist, everyday life, clients and self-development. Happy acquaintance!
VICTORIA, WHY DID YOU CHOOSE THE SALES MANAGER PROFESSION AT GEFEST COMPANY?
My choice of profession was consciously formed in the last year of my master's degree. I finished my studies at the Faculty of Economics and Enterprise Management at the Odessa National Economic University. Then I already clearly understood that I wanted to work in the field of "human-human".
I was interested in a vacancy in a company that would allow me to work with people. And so it happened. I was interviewed at the Construction Company “Gefest”. The president of the company Panteleimon Vasilyevich told me: “You should try to help customers make the right choice. People should live and rejoice! " This instruction is my key point in my work.
DO YOU REMEMBER HOW YOUR FIRST DEMONSTRATION WAS GOING ON?
Yes, I remember it. This is a very funny story. It was February. And we went to see the RC "Santorini'' at the 10th station of the Velykoho Fontanu. There were only 8 floors at that time!
It was a classic winter weather: cold, snow and ice. The girls (* customers) were wearing heels, but we did it. True, I'm still not sure if I ordered the apartment that we wanted to see or a mirror one (* laughs).

WHAT INSPIRES YOU IN WORK WITH CLIENTS?
I always try to follow the buyer's wishes carefully and choose a very high and profitable option. When the buyer is happy, then I did everything right. This is inspiration.
WHICH PRINCIPLE DO YOU USE IN YOUR WORK WITH CLIENTS? HOW DO YOU HELP YOUR BUYERS TO DETERMINE?
The main principle of our work is to give complete, informative answers to all questions.
I try not to persuade a person to buy one or another option that offers him a comparative characteristic. The buyer analyzes and independently makes a decision.
TELL ME, HAVE YOUR CLIENTS 'REQUESTS SOMEWHAT CHANGED SINCE YOU STARTED WORKING UP TO NOW? WHICH KIND OF REAL ESTATE IS THE MOST WANTED TO BUY TODAY?
Requests haven't changed much! There are still two categories of real estate choice - for life and for business. Now the interest in smart apartments (studio apartments) has become much higher.
Previously, they were bought because it was the most profitable option for the price (* total cost and further maintenance). Now many people buy, because there is a large selection of decent design projects for smart apartments, it is more modern and stylish.
TELL ME WHAT ATTRACTS YOU PERSONALLY IN THE HOUSES OF "GEFEST"?
First of all, individuality. Each project of the company combines unique architectural solutions and high quality construction. The company "Gefest" creates not just houses, it creates objects of aesthetic architecture.
Well, and of course, the comfort and good location of the complexes.
VIKA, OVER YEARS OF WORKING WITH CLIENTS ON THE ODESSA REAL ESTATE MARKET, WHAT ARE FUNNY SITUATIONS YOU HAVE?
Funny story. I can tell you how I faced stereotypes. It's not a secret, is it? Sometimes young professionals may not be trusted.
So, I held a show of the residential complex "Mykonos" for two friends who were looking at the apartments. Following the safety rules, we took our helmets, then went up to the floor and entered the apartment. And as usual, they had a lot of questions, including technical ones.
The managers of our company are always well trained, since the company conducts training for us with the technical director and the project department and prepares up-to-date technical information. Therefore, we answer all questions easily and quickly.
The situation was similar then. I consulted them and when I stepped aside a little, I heard one say to the other with such surprise: “But she understands!”.
I pretended not to hear anything. But I found it funny.

HOW DO YOU IMAGINE AN IDEAL CUSTOMER?
All buyers are perfect in their own way. After all, we can take something from each buyer for ourselves in order to become more professional. But for me, the ideal buyer is probably the one who has the selection criteria and the one who knows what he wants.

I think that our company will develop and improve. I would like to see happy people and beautiful houses that adorn the city in five years.
