The lighting project of the Greek Park in Odessa won a prize in the All-Ukrainian competition Ukrainian Urban Awards on 06/07/2019.
The projects of Ukrainian architects and designers are being judged by an authoritative world jury (representatives from Zaha Hadid Architects, MADMA urbanism + landscape and MASA architects, chief architects of Stockholm, Copenhagen) for the second year already.
The Greek park is a particularly valuable and interesting object for us in the context of urbanism. It is located at the iconic place of Odessa near Primorsky Boulevard and the Potemkin Stairs and it being a previously abandoned area, it has now become a charming favorite place for residents and guests of the city.

Brief description of the project
The lighting project for the Greek Park provides for three zones: the active Main park, the family Relax-family park and the most intimate, romantic Wonderland zone.
The lighting of the implemented first zone is attractive and spectacular. Tree crowns are dynamically illuminated with RGB lights from the retaining wall, smoothly changing hues. The jets of water and the sculpture itself are separately illuminated in the fountain with the sculpture . Various programs have also been developed for them - both static and dynamic.
