Gefest Construction Company has joined the state program of affordable housing lending "eOselya"!

Under this program, you can buy an apartment at 3% per annum:

     military personnel,

👨‍⚕️ medical workers,

👩‍🏫 teachers,

👨‍🔬 scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers.

A mortgage at 7% per annum is available for other citizens.

The program terms provide for a down payment of 20% and a loan term of up to 20 years.

📲 You can get a mortgage through «Dia» by signing an agreement with one of five banks to choose from, and a brand new apartment from Hefest will be yours!

Now the eHouse program is available not only for completed houses, but also for those under construction!

You can get a loan on favorable terms even for the purchase of housing that is still under construction.

"eOselya" in «Poseidon» RC (both sections) is already accredited by our partners from MTB Bank, next in line are «Acropol-3» and «Ellada-3».
